He previously worked at the Department of Justice, as well as in private practice, with extensive experience investigating, litigating, and resolving complex commercial legal claims against large banks, mortgage lenders, automobile manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, insurers, and healthcare companies. Well-versed in the False Claims Act, FIRREA, the federal securities laws, and corporate governance issues. Significant global business development experience and a regular speaker at global forums on complex litigation.  He is also a professor at GW Law School.
