Dana Rodriguez

Dana focuses her practice on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration, providing personalized guidance to clients facing a diverse range of legal matters pertaining to asset protection, aging, and disability. Dana takes pride in simplifying complex legal concepts so that she can work together with her clients to best achieve their goals.

Prior to joining JDKatz, PC, Dana was an associate at a mid-sized full service law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where she began her practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Trust and Estate Administration. She is a graduate of the Boston University School of Law, where she earned the Honorable Albert P. Pettoruto Memorial Award in recognition of her work in probate and family law.
